Backed by its payments gateway that links banks directly with billers, Online Resources provides web and phone-based financial services, electronic payments and marketing services to drive consumer adoption. In January 2013, Online Resources was acquired by ACI Worldwide. The valuation of Online Resources was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
